| Joseph S. Lewis, Managing Member, has been actively involved in the building business for the last 15 years. Attended Ohio University and The Ohio State University. Duties include job-estimating and on-site supervision. Joe and his wife Lisa have two infant children, Charlie and Sophia.

| Charles A. Lewis, Member, has been actively involved in the building industry for over 40 years. "Butch" attended University of Dayton with expertise in land acquisition and site development. Butch and his wife Sue have been married for nearly 39 years.

| Daniel T. Lewis, Member, has been actively involved in the building business for nearly 20 years. His duties include on-site supervision of the end product and quality control after closing. He attended Ohio University and The Ohio State University. Dan and his wife Katie have 2 young children, Evia and Will.

Thomas C. Lewis, Member has been actively involved in the building industry
for over 20 years. He attended Bowling Green State University. His duties
include sales management and construction controller. He is also an active
realtor with Remax North. Tom has two sons, Jake 16 and Ryan 13.
